Here’s another exercise – lie down on the bed. Keep your head hanging over the side of the bed and bring it close to your torso then pause for ten counts. Lower head once more and repeat this five times. Now, you might find these exercises a bit awkward because it’s like making funny faces. Still, if you can do it properly, you’re sure to benefit from the results. You no longer have to spend money on the commercial treatments because you can maintain your looks the natural way. If you don’t want others to see you, you can do this inside your room.
